About the Author
David Myers is the John Dirk Werkman Professor of Psychology at Hope College where he has taught for the past 30 years. David Myers' love of teaching psychology has been rewarded by students on many occasions with numerous “Outstanding Professor†awards. I rented this book for my Social Psychology course I'm taking and I absolutely love it. The content is superbly well written, engaging, relates to everyone on some level, and insightful. There's a bit of side humor now and then that really catches me by surprise but adds to the educational depth of this textbook. This work by Myers and Twenge encompasses the dynamic field of Social Psychology in a way that truly made me more involved with my own surroundings. In fact, I am considering going into research due to this textbook.
