Bought this book prior to the first visit to WDW with my son being legal drinking age. Wanted to be able to celebrate that milestone with him at our favorite vacation destination. I was simply BLOWN AWAY with the level of detail and information in this book! ***EVERY*** lounge, kiosk, restaurant, street corner cart, vending machine, or guy in a trench-coat that sells alcohol is in this book (okay, those last two are JOKES! I KID!). Not only locations, but availability of specific drinks are in this tome! Looking for a craft beer, or specific margarita flavor? You’ll find out where on WDW property you can find it, in this book. INVALUABLE resource for the vacationer looking for adult libations!
If you're just planning your first visit to WDW or you've been before but only did the parks and you're looking for something more, I have good news. This book will open your eyes to whole new worlds of possibilities. Contrary to what I believed the first time I went, Walt Disney World has a ton of adult-friendly options for food, drinks and entertainment. This book is an essential guide for anyone looking to enjoy some quality relaxation time while on vacation.For anyone who has been to Walt Disney World many times and is now "that Disney person" that all your friends come to for help with planning their Disney vacation, I'm afraid I have some bad news. Speaking from experience, you're going to need to buy multiple copies because, invariably, you'll loan this out to someone heading to Disney World soon and your book will "mysteriously" disappear.This is a fun read and one I would recommend to anyone who enjoys an adult beverage from time to time and wants to make the most of their Walt Disney World vacation.
Fabulous book!! I gave this to my Dad for Christmas and he absolutely loved it!! We were able to get free chips and salsa at La Cava Del Tequila because we followed what the book said! Thanks Drunky and Rhiannon for such a wonderful gift!!!
I've been going to Disney World for years and doing the same old things every single time. I came across this fun, engaging read and it opened entirely new adventures for me. The book has enhanced my trips to Disney World in a whole new way. I have used many of the "touring plans" in the book and even crafted a few of my own touring plans based off of their recommendations. Whatever I chose from the book, it is always fun and memorable. It is also great for those who want to drink at Disney but don't want to drink around the world. The recommendations are candid and true. Rope dropping Dawa Bar is one of my very favorite things to do...wouldn't have thought to do it without this book!Disney isn't just for kids and this book adds a new level of fun and adventure for adult Disney fans who are looking for new things to do while visiting Walt Disney World.
Really enjoying this book. It's great if you are an adult and love the unique bars at Walt Disney world. The back and forth between the writer and editor is funny.
Great Guide for when you need a drink or 7. I think it could have used a little more sexual content. Certainly not something i would recommend for anyone under the age of fourteen.
