Such a great book I already recommended it to my book chat group. I'm buying it as gifts for the people that work for me. Plus I realized I really don't know how to write a business e-mail and this book has great tips. This book is a fast read but it's filled with good information that anyone can apply to their job. Sometimes people don't realize how their bad behavior reflects on them at work and what is holding them back. Some very sound tips that help you present your best self and do a great job.
Justin prones effective communication, and the book is written in that style. Great! Having used many of these tips before, I must say the cross-cultural aspects will force you to adapt some of these. Presentation style did not work like that in my Japan experience. And many topics also apply in other non-work contexts, as soon as you need to organize something with people.(And... Ibiza is in Spain, not Greece...)
Such a excellent read. Cuts right to the point with specific actionable advice instead of abstract ideas. Justin gives relevant examples but avoids rambling for the sake of length like so many business book writers do. I'm buying several copies to have on hand as gifts to graduates and new hires.
It gets to the point quickly - and luckily there are many good points.

The book is great. Kerr has a way of communicating that makes you feel like you're sitting next to him at a bar and he's explaining everything you need to do, in detail, in order to be great at your job. This book is a valuable resource and like is worth coming back to from time to time in order to refresh. Highly recommend!
Awesome book to read for yourself, give to your team or share w/ friends that may or may not be struggling on the work front! Straight and to the point makes for an easy read while also giving you the tools to be GREAT at what you do. I've enjoyed all of Justin's books and continue to give them out as gifts.
